Google My Business is a free tool to help businesses manage their online presence on Google. By verifying and editing their information, businesses can help visitors and locals find them and tell the story of their business — and Philadelphia. Check the performance of your Google My Business listing here.
The first step is to verify the business. How can businesses tell if they need to be verified?
Google your business name and look at the knowledge panel on the right side of the screen. If it says “Own this business?” or “Claim this business,” your business is not verified.
